Receta Citrus Splash For Raw Oysters

Ingredientes
- 1 x pink grapefruit
- 1 x tangerine
- 1 sm shallot chopped
- 1 Tbsp. champagne or possibly white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp dry red pepper flakes

- With a sharp knife, peel the grapefruit and tangerine just deep sufficient to expose the fruit, removing all the white pulp. Section the citrus fruits over a bowl to catch the juices, then finely chop the fruit sections. Add in the fruit to the bowl with the juice, add in the remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
