Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce tomato concasse
  • 4 ounce fresh spinach
  • 1/2 ounce fresh garlic slivered
  • 1/2 ounce shallots slivered
  • 1 ounce fresh rosemary finely minced
  • 2 ounce fresh oregano finely minced
  • 2 ounce fresh basil julienned
  • 4 ounce Chardonnay wine
  • 4 ounce marinara sauce
  • 4 ounce butter
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 2 ounce extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan. Add in garlic and shallots; saute/fry till garlic becomes golden. Add in wine; cook off the alcohol, then add in tomatoes, spinach, herbs, salt and pepper; simmer 1 minute. Add in marinara sauce and the butter; simmer till the butter melts and the sauce comes together.
