Ingredientes

  • 2 cans chopped clams & juice (save)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 diced med. onion
  • 1 diced clove garlic
  • 1/2 diced green pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • Dash Tabasco
  • Dash paprika
  • 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 T Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. PART #1: Simmer clams and juices and lemon juice for 10 min.PART #2: Simmer butter till soft. Add in onion, garlic, pepper, Tabasco, paprika and simmer 5 min. Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Place in Pyrex, top with shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Heat 20 min at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers or possibly cocktail bread slices.
