Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 bn Spring onions, trimmed and sliced
  • 250 ml French cider, reduced down to 125ml
  • 1 kg Clams, washed
  • 200 gm Fresh squid, cleaned and finely sliced
  • 200 gm Small cubed potato, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and add in the spring onion and cook till softened.
  2. Then add in the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 min. Throw away any clams which have not opened and serve.
