Receta Clams, Squid And Potato With Cider And Spring Onions

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 bn Spring onions, trimmed and sliced
- 250 ml French cider, reduced down to 125ml
- 1 kg Clams, washed
- 200 gm Fresh squid, cleaned and finely sliced
- 200 gm Small cubed potato, cooked
Direcciones
- Heat the butter in a pan and add in the spring onion and cook till softened.
- Then add in the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 min. Throw away any clams which have not opened and serve.
