- Heat a large skillet, add in the oil and the curry paste and saute/fry the clams for 1 minute.
- Add in the fish sauce, sugar, peppers, ginger and basil, stir thoroughly then cover the pan and cook for 6 min on medium heat. Serve.
- Tip: Can substitute mussels or possibly other shellfish for clams or possibly added in addition to the clams.
