Receta Classic Dijon Vinaigrette
Easy prep vinaigrette for salads. If you want to use it with fish or veggies, add 1/4 cup more oil.
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup light olive oil
- 3 tbs. white wine or champagne vinegar
- 2 tsp. good quality Dijon mustard like Grey Poupon
- optional: drop a peeled clove of garlic in the jar
Direcciones
- Mix the ingredients together in a jar with a lid and shake.
- Refrigerates for several weeks.
- Best served room temp.
