Ingredientes

  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can Italian tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till soft in Dutch oven. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, 1/3 c. water, and seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve over pasta.
