Receta Classic Marinara Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 x onion, minced
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can Italian tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till soft in Dutch oven. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, 1/3 c. water, and seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve over pasta.
