  • 4 c. thinly-sliced potatoes - (abt 4 to 5 med)
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product cut up
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 18 min or possibly till barely tender; drain. Toss potatoes and remaining ingredients in 2-qt casserole; cover.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  4. Variation: Add in 1 c. minced ham with remaining ingredients.
