Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp brandy (or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar

  1. blend sour cream, brown sugar and brandy until well mixed
  2. in separate bowl whip cream until it begins to thicken and add sugar - whip until thick
  3. fold whipped cream into sour cream mixture and blend well
  4. serve as sauce for strawberries or other sliced fruit
