Ingredientes
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (but any oil will work)
- 4 bunches of greens in any variety (chard, kale, collard greens, etc…)
- 2 apples, cored and coarsely chopped
- Unsweetened apple juice, as much as needed for cooking
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Raw pumpkin seeds for garnish (optional)
