Ingredientes

  • 2 cups spring mix lettuce, tightly packed
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • 1/4 avocado, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • Sodium: 276 mg (this will vary greatly based on chicken used. I used rotisserie chicken, so the number was higher.)
