- 1 (8 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast, baked and shredded (great way to use leftovers!)
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup clean eating guacamole
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional, but really tasty!)
