Receta Clean Eating No-Noodle Tuna Casserole
Ingredientes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large stalk celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 large, red bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1/4 large red onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup green beans, cut into small pieces (I used frozen/thawed, but fresh works too)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup clean eating mayonnaise (store bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. almond meal
- Salt and pepper to taste
