Receta Clean Eating Spring Time Breakfast Casserole
Ingredientes
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk (from the can, not the carton)
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup grated sweet potatoes
- 1 lb. lean, ground turkey
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- Salt to taste after serving
- Cholesterol: 265 mg (you can lower this by replacing some of the eggs with egg whites. But the sodium will go up.)
