Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 quart Chicken Broth
  • 1/3 c. Dry Sherry
  • 4 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 x Thinly Sliced Lemon
  • 6 x Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 x Green Onions And Tops Sliced Diagonally
  • 1 x Very Thinly Sliced Carrot

Direcciones

  1. Bring broth to simmer in large saucepan. Add in sherry and soy sauce; simmer 2 to 3 min. Ladle soup into small bowls; float a lemon slice in each bowl. Arrange garnishes on tray and add in to soup as desired.
