Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Soda
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 can (small) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Oil
  • 3/4 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 c. Grated carrots
  • 1 c. Coconut

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs, add in oil, buttermilk, vanilla, and sugar. Beat thoroughly; add in dry ingredients, mix well. Add in pineapple, carrots, coconut and nuts. Bake 55 min at 350 in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
