Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 can (small) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Oil
- 3/4 c. Buttermilk
- 2 c. Grated carrots
- 1 c. Coconut
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs, add in oil, buttermilk, vanilla, and sugar. Beat thoroughly; add in dry ingredients, mix well. Add in pineapple, carrots, coconut and nuts. Bake 55 min at 350 in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
