  • 1 tsp clorox

  1. Soak the following foods for the indicated length of time:
  2. Leafy Vegetables: 15 minutesRoot, Thick-Skinned or possibly Fibrous Vegetables: 30 min Thin Skinned Fruits (Berries, Plums, Peaches, Apricots): 15 min Thick-Skinned Fruits (Citrus, Banans, Apples): 30 min Poultry, Fish, Meat, Large eggs: 20 Min
  3. Don't put grnd meat in the bath, but frzn meat can be thawed in the bath.
  4. Remove food from bath and put in clear water for ten min. Then dry thoroughly.
