- Soak the following foods for the indicated length of time:
- Leafy Vegetables: 15 minutesRoot, Thick-Skinned or possibly Fibrous Vegetables: 30 min Thin Skinned Fruits (Berries, Plums, Peaches, Apricots): 15 min Thick-Skinned Fruits (Citrus, Banans, Apples): 30 min Poultry, Fish, Meat, Large eggs: 20 Min
- Don't put grnd meat in the bath, but frzn meat can be thawed in the bath.
- Remove food from bath and put in clear water for ten min. Then dry thoroughly.
