Cobbler, Quiche Or Pie Crust

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. White vegetable shortening
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice or possibly wine

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together (may be done in food processor). Place in refrigerator till Cool. Divide into 2 parts and roll thin on a well-floured surface for pies. Roll thicker for cobblers. Substitute 1 Tbsp. wine for the lemon juice when using for quiches.
  2. Yield: 2 piecrusts plus.
