Ingredientes

  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 sm onion (about 1/4 c.) minced
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 bot chili sauce (12 ounce.)
  • 1 jar grape jelly (10 ounce.)

Direcciones

  1. Mix grnd beef, bread crumbs, lowfat milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, onion, egg and parsley. Shape mix into 1-inch balls. Cook meatballs in 12-inch skillet over medium heat about 15 min, turning occasionally, till brown. Remove meatballs from skillet; drain. Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly, till jelly is melted. Add in the meatballs and stir till coated. Simmer uncovered 30 min. Serve warm with toothpicks.
