Receta Cocktail Meatballs 2

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 sm onion (about 1/4 c.) minced
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 bot chili sauce (12 ounce.)
- 1 jar grape jelly (10 ounce.)
Direcciones
- Mix grnd beef, bread crumbs, lowfat milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, onion, egg and parsley. Shape mix into 1-inch balls. Cook meatballs in 12-inch skillet over medium heat about 15 min, turning occasionally, till brown. Remove meatballs from skillet; drain. Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly, till jelly is melted. Add in the meatballs and stir till coated. Simmer uncovered 30 min. Serve warm with toothpicks.
