- Beat softened margarine at medium speed with an electric mixer till creamy; gradually add in sugars, beating well. Add in egg substitute, 1/4 c. at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa.
- Add in to margarine mix, stirring just till blended. Stir in miniature chocolate chips. Drop cookie dough by level tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 6 min. Remove from cookie sheets and let cold on wire racks.
- Yield: about4 dozen (about 24 servings).
