Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. margarine -- softened
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. frzn egg substitute
  • 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 3/4 c. miniature chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Beat softened margarine at medium speed with an electric mixer till creamy; gradually add in sugars, beating well. Add in egg substitute, 1/4 c. at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa.
  2. Add in to margarine mix, stirring just till blended. Stir in miniature chocolate chips. Drop cookie dough by level tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 6 min. Remove from cookie sheets and let cold on wire racks.
  3. Yield: about4 dozen (about 24 servings).
