Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Cocoa
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 x Pie crust, baked, cooled

Direcciones

  1. In medium saucepan, stir together cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring till smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix comes to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Cold to room temperature. Chill 6 to 8 hrs. Garnish as desired. Cover; refrigerator leftover pie.
