Receta Coconut Burfi (South Indian Sweet)

- PROCEDURE: Shred the coconut. Break the cashewnuts into small pcs & fry them in ghee. Pwdr the cardamom.
- Heat water in a vessel containing 1/4 ltr. of water and add in the sugar to it. After the sugary liquid is no longer thin, add in the coconut shreds and heat it till it turns thick.
- After sufficient stirring, add in the fried cashewnut pcs and ghee and stir the mix well. Add in the powdered cardamom and mix it thoroughly and stop heating.
