Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce.) shredded coconut

  1. Place all ingredients in a 2-qt saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, to 237 degrees F. Cold in the pan or possibly pour out on a marble slab to cold.
  2. When hot, beat in pan or possibly work with spatula on slab till candy turns dull and creamy. Spread in an 8-inch square pan. Cut into squares.
  3. Makes about49 pcs.
