This Coconut Laddoo recipe is the simplest recipe of any sweet I have ever tried, no roasting, no boiling just mix and bind the laddoos. I made these laddoos for Ganesh Chaturthi and now I have made them again for Navratri.

  • 1 Tin (400 gm.) Condensed Milk
  • 100 gm. Milk Powder
  • 4 Cup Grated Coconut
  • For Garnishing (Optional):
  • Chopped Pistachio
  • Silver

Direcciones

  1. Keep aside 1 Cup grated coconut.
  2. Take heavy bottomed pan, add condensed milk, remaining grated coconut and milk powder and mix well. Heat the mixture on low flame. Stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Once heated, cook on a low flame till the mixture starts leaving sides of the pan. Remove from flame and keep aside to cool down.
  4. Grease your hands with oil and pinch small portion of the mixture and shape it into small round balls. Repeat the same for rest of the mixture.
  5. Roll laddoos in reserved 1 Cup of grated coconut. If you want you can garnish laddoo with silver and nuts.
  6. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
