Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1 x unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Method:1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. Place pecans in bottom of pie shell.
  3. Combine melted butter, coconut, salt, water, flour, sugar, and slightly beaten Large eggs. Pour filling over pecans in crust.
  4. Bake for 45 min, or possibly till golden. Cold before serving.
  5. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
