Receta Coconut Macaroon Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 x unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
Direcciones
- Method:1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- 2. Place pecans in bottom of pie shell.
- 3. Combine melted butter, coconut, salt, water, flour, sugar, and slightly beaten Large eggs. Pour filling over pecans in crust.
- 4. Bake for 45 min, or possibly till golden. Cold before serving.
