Ingredientes

  • Meatballs
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 x egg slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. steak sauce Sauce
  • 1/4 c. dry red wine
  • 1/4 c. currant jelly
  • 1/4 c. chutney
  • 2 tsp dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. MEATBALLS: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 3/4 inch balls. In a baking pan with sides, bake for 15 min.
  2. Makes about 48 meatballs.
  3. SAUCE: Mix ingredients together and add in meatballs. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 min or possibly till metballs are glazed. Serve in a chafing dish. Keep hot. Serve with toothpicks.
