Receta Coconut Ring With Caramel Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 pch Salt
- 2 c. Fresh grated coconut
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pt Whipping cream, whipped
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. (heaping) butter
- 2/3 pt Heavy cream
Direcciones
- Slowly heat lowfat milk & sugar. Dissolve gelatin in water. Add in gelatin mix to lowfat milk mix. Add in salt. Cold. When mix begins to thicken, beat with rotary beater or possibly electric mixer. Add in coconut & vanilla. Continue beating till well mixed. Mix in whipped cream. Pour into greased ring mold.
- Chill. When ready to serve, turn out onto serving dish. Serve with warm caramel sauce. Caramel Sauce: Bring all ingredients to boil & serve warm over coconut ring.
