- Make salsa: Combine tomato, lime juice and garlic in medium bowl. Set aside.
- Combine chili pwdr, cumin, salt, oregano and pepper in small bowl. Rub mix on both sides of fish.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in fish and cook till just opaque in center, 3 to 4 min per side. Transfer to platter; keep hot. Add in salsa to pan; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Pour over fish; sprinkle with cilantro.
- Serve with tortillas and lime.
