Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Tomato, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
- 4 piece cod or possibly halibut fillets, 1 1/2 lbs.
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
- 8 x Flour tortillas, heated Lime wedges, for garnish
Direcciones
- 1. Make salsa: Combine tomato, lime juice and garlic in medium bowl. Set aside.
- 2. Combine chili pwdr, cumin, salt, oregano and pepper in small bowl. Rub mix on both sides of fish.
- 3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in fish and cook till just opaque in center, 3 to 4 min per side. Transfer to platter; keep hot. Add in salsa to pan; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Pour over fish; sprinkle with cilantro.
- Serve with tortillas and lime.
