  1. 1. Make salsa: Combine tomato, lime juice and garlic in medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. 2. Combine chili pwdr, cumin, salt, oregano and pepper in small bowl. Rub mix on both sides of fish.
  3. 3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in fish and cook till just opaque in center, 3 to 4 min per side. Transfer to platter; keep hot. Add in salsa to pan; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Pour over fish; sprinkle with cilantro.
  4. Serve with tortillas and lime.
