Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 tsp Double acting baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix till all ingredients are incorporated. Don't over mix. Pour batter into a 9-by-9-inch lightly greased cake pan, and cover with streusel topping
  2. (RECIPE Follows). Bake about 20 min. STREUSEL TOPPING: PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS together in a mixer and mix till crumbled.
