Receta Coffee Cake With Streusel Topping

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 tsp Double acting baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
Direcciones
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix till all ingredients are incorporated. Don't over mix. Pour batter into a 9-by-9-inch lightly greased cake pan, and cover with streusel topping
- (RECIPE Follows). Bake about 20 min. STREUSEL TOPPING: PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS together in a mixer and mix till crumbled.
