Ingredientes

  • 1 quart Soymilk or possibly nut lowfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Agar flakes
  • 1/4 c. Coffee substitute
  • 1 pch Sea salt
  • 1/2 c. Syrup, maple
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 6 Tbsp. Kuzu
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 tsp Tahini
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1/2 c. Almonds, roasted, coarsely minced

Direcciones

  1. Brng first 5 ingredients to a boil in a 2-qt saucepan, stirring frequently.
  2. Add in vanilla, lower hat and simmer for 5 min.
  3. Dissolve kuzu in water. Add in to saucepan, stirring constantly, till mix thickens. Cook for one minute.
  4. Turn off heat. Whisk in tahini and nutmeg.
  5. Pour into individual serving bowls or possibly one large bowl.
  6. Allow to set in refrigerator, about one hour, or possibly place in freezer for 15 to 20 min.
  7. Sprinkle almonds over pudding before serving.
