Receta Coffee Flavored Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 quart Soymilk or possibly nut lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. Agar flakes
- 1/4 c. Coffee substitute
- 1 pch Sea salt
- 1/2 c. Syrup, maple
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 6 Tbsp. Kuzu
- 3/4 c. Water
- 2 tsp Tahini
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, freshly grated
- 1/2 c. Almonds, roasted, coarsely minced
Direcciones
- Brng first 5 ingredients to a boil in a 2-qt saucepan, stirring frequently.
- Add in vanilla, lower hat and simmer for 5 min.
- Dissolve kuzu in water. Add in to saucepan, stirring constantly, till mix thickens. Cook for one minute.
- Turn off heat. Whisk in tahini and nutmeg.
- Pour into individual serving bowls or possibly one large bowl.
- Allow to set in refrigerator, about one hour, or possibly place in freezer for 15 to 20 min.
- Sprinkle almonds over pudding before serving.
