Ingredientes

  • 7 lb Fully cooked smoked ham
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. Maple-flavor pancake syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant coffee granules
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325. Have ready a shallow roasting pan fitted with a sturdy metal rack.
  2. Cut rind off ham to expose fat. Place ham on rack and cover loosely with foil. Bake 1 hour and 15 min. Stir glaze ingredients till coffee dissolves. Brush on ham.
  3. Bake uncovered 40-60 min longer, brushing twice with glaze, till meat thermometer inserted in thickest part registers 140 degrees. Let ham rest 15 min before slicing.
