Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Instant coffee granules
  • 2 tsp Warm water
  • 1 c. Butter
  • 2/3 c. Sifted icing sugar
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Finely minced hazelnuts Or possibly almonds
  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve coffee in warm water; let cold. In bowl, cream together butter, icing sugar and coffee; stir in flour and nuts till well mixed. Refrigeratefor 30 min. Roll small pcs of dough into logs 3 inches long and 1/2 inch in diameter. Shape in crescents on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 350 F oven for 10 to 12 min or possibly just till edges start to brown. Let cold. In top of double boiler over simmering water, heat chocolate; dip ends of crescents into chocolate. Let dry on waxed paper.
