Receta Coffee Liqueur Ice Cream

- Beat Large eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl till well blended. Scald evaporated lowfat milk and coffee pwdr over medium heat till bubbles appear around edge. Gradually stir about 2 c. warm evaporated lowfat milk mix into egg mix. Blend egg mix into remaining warm lowfat milk mix. Cook, stirring, over low heat till mix thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
- Chill till well chilled. Stir in coffee liqueur. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Churn and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
