Ingredientes

  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 egg whites, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients except egg whites. Fold them in last. Bake on regular waffle maker or possibly the heart shaped one if you have it. Delicious buttered and arranged on a platter with a bowl of homemade jam in the middle.
