Cold Sliced Sirloin With Tomatoes And Garlic

Ingredientes

  • 3 lb beef sirloin steak Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil divided
  • 1/2 c. fresh basil chiffonade
  • 3 x tomatoes peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 4 x garlic cloves chopped

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Heat butter with 1/4 c. of the extra virgin olive oil in large pan. Add in beef and cook till medium-rare, about 20 min. Cold for at least 3 hrs in the refrigerator.
  2. Add in extra virgin olive oil, basil, tomato and garlic to a bowl. Mix and let sit for at least 30 min. Slice steak as thin as possible and serve with tomato sauce.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
