  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp coarse salt
  • 3/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. unseasoned rice-wine vinegar

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, toss together purple and green cabbage. Add in sugar, salt, and pepper. Allow mix to stand for 10 to 15 min.
  2. Add in extra virgin olive oil and rice-wine vinegar. Toss to combine, check seasoning, and serve.
