- 1/2 sm purple cabbage shredded
- 1/2 sm green cabbage shredded
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 3/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. unseasoned rice-wine vinegar
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, toss together purple and green cabbage. Add in sugar, salt, and pepper. Allow mix to stand for 10 to 15 min.
- Add in extra virgin olive oil and rice-wine vinegar. Toss to combine, check seasoning, and serve.
