Ingredientes

  • 2 c. minced conch
  • 1 c. minced sweet yellow pepper (or possibly green/red)
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 2 c. minced tomatoes Several cloves minced garlic
  • 2 x minced jalepeno or possibly habernero peppers, optional.
  • 4 x lemons Juice of
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil oregano, parley, thyme, celery seed cumin (not too much)

Direcciones

  1. Chop it all up, mix it together, serve on a bed of lettuce. Better after 2 days in frig, although in the tropics some do not even chill it.
