Ingredientes
- 2 c. minced conch
- 1 c. minced sweet yellow pepper (or possibly green/red)
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced celery
- 2 c. minced tomatoes Several cloves minced garlic
- 2 x minced jalepeno or possibly habernero peppers, optional.
- 4 x lemons Juice of
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil oregano, parley, thyme, celery seed cumin (not too much)
Direcciones
- Chop it all up, mix it together, serve on a bed of lettuce. Better after 2 days in frig, although in the tropics some do not even chill it.
