Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt refrigerated tortellini pasta, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 c. broccoli, coarsely minced
  • 1 c. cauliflower, coarsely minced
  • 2 sm carrots, scored and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
  • 1 x clove garlic bulbs, pressed
  • 1/2 c. fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tsp warm sauce, optional
  • 2 ounce parmesan cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Chop broccoli and cauliflower with Food Chopper. Score carrots with Lemon Zester/Scorer; slice using Grater-Slicer. Slice onion with 5-inch Self Sharpening Utility Knife. Press garlic with Garlic Press. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese in Classi c 2-Qt Batter Bowl. Grate cheese over salad with Cheese Grater. Serve in Classic 2-Qt Batter Bowl or possibly chilled Mini-Baking Bowl using 3-Way Tongs.
