Receta Confetti Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt refrigerated tortellini pasta, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 c. broccoli, coarsely minced
- 1 c. cauliflower, coarsely minced
- 2 sm carrots, scored and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
- 1 x clove garlic bulbs, pressed
- 1/2 c. fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp warm sauce, optional
- 2 ounce parmesan cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Chop broccoli and cauliflower with Food Chopper. Score carrots with Lemon Zester/Scorer; slice using Grater-Slicer. Slice onion with 5-inch Self Sharpening Utility Knife. Press garlic with Garlic Press. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese in Classi c 2-Qt Batter Bowl. Grate cheese over salad with Cheese Grater. Serve in Classic 2-Qt Batter Bowl or possibly chilled Mini-Baking Bowl using 3-Way Tongs.
