Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 c. minced carrots
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. peeled and minced jicama
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c. diced cabbage
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 x cloves chopped fresh garlic
  • 2 c. cooked Basmati Rice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or possibly tamari sauce
  • 1 c. cooked minced spinach
  • 1 c. hard diced tofu
  • 1/4 c. cooked peas

Direcciones

  1. Heat oils in a large non stick pan. Saute/fry the first 8 ingredients for 5 min till vegetables are tender. Add in all other ingredients except tofu and continue to saute/fry for 3 min till heated through. Add in the tofu and mix in the rice mix.
